Andrea and Paul had an organic love from the get-go that was so pure and natural. When they told us that Paul worked for a nut company and Andrea worked in the fruit industry, it started to inspire the overall design. We used natural elements, such as burlap, nuts and fruit. The palette started with reds, different shades of orange and splashes of green and brown. We absolutely loved planning this wedding with Andrea and her mother. We see so many mother / daughter relationships in our line of work, and they truly have a special relationship. The most important thing to her mother was that Andrea had her fairy tale wedding and was marring her prince charming Paul.
“They are such a beautiful couple; you could feel their love every time you were around them.”
They are such a beautiful couple; you could feel their love every time you were around them. They exchanged their vows on the hill top overlooking the vineyards at Vina Robles Winery in Paso Robles, California. This venue is straight out of Italy, brick walls, fountains and lush vineyards surrounding the property…and of course great wine.
Katie Noonan is not only a florist on the Central Coast, but she was also one of Andrea’s bridesmaids. She has been friends with Andrea forever, so of course she knew exactly what to do with the design of the flowers. They were gorgeous! She lined the aisle with mason jars on shepherd’s hooks with sprays of orange and red flowers flowing out. On either side of the bride and groom were tall natural arrangements of curly willow and vibrant flowers going in every direction. She really created the perfect ceremony for her dear friends, Andrea and Paul! The reception tables had burlap linens with chocolate brown overlays and napkins. Each table was filled with candles and a simple yet classy flower arrangement of vibrant flowers cascading out of a low vase. They were perfect and reflected the organic approach that Andrea and Paul wanted.

The guests enjoyed an amazing barbecue menu, wonderful wine and great company of their friends and family. After dinner the guests were invited in to the lounge room as Andrea & Paul had their first dance. They looked amazing! Andrea’s dress was perfect on her and Paul gazed into her eyes as they danced to their favorite song. We created different conversation areas for guests to enjoy as everyone danced the night away. We used Lush chocolate brown couches and ottomans, accented with bright orange and red pillows, high cocktail tables covered in burlap and amber up lighting around the whole room to complete the ambiance. Each table had a cluster of three cylinders; one was filled with all plums or peaches, another one filled with almonds and the other with walnuts. It was perfect! Everyone had the best time and when it came to the last song, the groom was not ready to end it…..so he decided to extend it through the night. The happy couple danced their hearts out and Cana Video caught every minute of it. We recently spoke to one of guests that attended the wedding and she told us that Andrea and Paul are expecting a baby this summer. That is one of our favorite things about our job, we love hearing about how well the couple is doing and to find out that they are having babies. It seriously makes us feel so much joy and feel so blessed to have the best job in the world! Congratulations Andrea and Paul, you are such a beautiful couple and may you live in pure happiness! Thank you to all of the amazing vendors we got to work with; Chloe and Sophie at Mike Larson Photography, Katie Noonan Flowers, Cana Video productions, AMS Entertainment, Martin Testa Catering, Classic Party Rentals, BBJ Linens, and of course Vina Robles for such an amazing venue.
