- Design, print and mailing of “Save the Date” cards
- Design, print and mailing of the wedding invitation
- Addressing invitations and keeping track of all RSVP’s
- Setting up trial appointments for your hair and make up
- Creating an itinerary for your bridesmaid’s hair and makeup
- Suggest and order gifts for your bridal party and family
- Coordination and ordering of all rental items including: tables, linens, flatware, glasses, etc.
- Planning the arrival time and pickup time of rentals
- Assistance in selecting the designs, floral arrangements etc.
- Collaborating with the caterer on their needed items
- Confirming the existing orders after we have a final head count
- Design suggestions and ordering favors for your guests
- Design and gift wrap the favors accordingly to your colors selections
- Design of lighting that will set the ambiance of the event
- Confirming all tux measurements from the groomsmen and fathers
- Confirming all measurements for bridesmaids dresses
- Assist you on choosing a bridal dress (suggestions on latest trends)
- Arranging transportation for the day of the event
- Reserving hotel blocks needed for your wedding party and guests
- Contacting all vendors a week prior to the wedding to confirming all details and contracts
- We will direct the rehearsal the night before the wedding and present detailed itinerary for the ceremony and reception.
Day of your wedding
- TOS Events will be the first to arrive and the last to leave
- Providing the vendors with a detailed itinerary and exact timeline of their roles in your ceremony and reception
- Coordinate and deliver all wedding accessories to the event
- Assist with any and all last minute details and decorations
- Create customized bathroom basket for the female guests
- Ensure all party members are ready for the ceremony & reception as scheduled
- Assist the ceremony officiate or priest
- Direct wedding party: correct order in walking down the aisle
- Cueing musicians , DJ, or band
- Organizing entertainment: tarot card readers, dancers etc.
- Distribute final payments and tips to your vendors
- Supervise and assist with vendor clean up at the end of the event
All the Fun Little Details…
- Concierge package for your guests including: a welcome letter, contact information for room blocks at selected hotels, best restaurants in the area, things to enjoy during the day for the family or just a romantic day for two, things to enjoy at night with for the family or a fabulous dinner for two, contact information for my staff and I. Baskets will be set in every room of the hotel block or can be mailed in advance.
- Welcome baskets for wedding party that our filled with amazing chocolates, snack food, water, champagne, menus of local restaurants map of the area, taxi or car services, and directions to the wedding site from the hotel etc.
- We offer great babysitting for the kids the whole weekend or just the night of the wedding
- Plan activities for the weekend for your guests to enjoy: welcome dinner or barbeque, afternoon cocktail hour, wine tasting, beach day, Sunday brunch, children’s games, casino night.
- We will pack up and deliver any remaining items and gifts after your ceremony
