Daren & Cathy are an inspiration for all of us! These days, most people don’t make it to 10 years of marriage and it’s really unfortunate. We all know that marriage can be work but at the same time very rewarding. When we met with Cathy & Daren they had this amazing connection with each other, they both new exactly what they wanted. They bounced ideas off of each other as they would finish each others sentences. It was really inspiring to see their love, where it all started and how much it grew. Their 4 kids were of course a part of the wedding and were as cute as could be! The girls felt like princesses is with their amazing dress and flowers. Cathy wore a beautiful Cavalli dress that framed her perfectly. Such an amazing family! We really felt lucky to be a part of something so great and real. Everyone had such a great night and the weather could not have been more perfect in Pismo Beach.
Thank you to the amazing vendors involved in the day; Kramer Entertainment created the lighting and music. They always have great DJ’s, we love working with them. Zack did a phenomenal job on the lighting, it really set the ambiance of the night. The themed cupcakes were provided by The Cakerey……our favorite bakery in the area! A huge thank you to Camilla Svensson Burns for helping create their vision with the perfect flowers and decor. She got what style they were going for right away and it turned out exactly like we had all pictured. She is truly so talented! The event was held at the Dolphin Bay Resort in Pismo Beach, the best setting for this romantic night. Thank you to the chef for preparing fabulous food! Madeline and Chris exchanged their vows at Meridian Vineyards in Paso Robles, California. The design was rustic romance; we used pool blue, whites and accents of gold’s. The pallet was fresh and perfect for the summer vibe! Madeline looked stunning; she was so simple and classy as she carried pure white flowers down the aisle. Hair & Make up was designed by the Queen Bee’s in San Luis. Those girls are fabulous! I love when couple’s put their own personality into the design. Madeline graduated from UCLA and Chris graduated from USC, so right off the back they were suppose to be rivals…but instead it was love! For the favors, they separated blue M & M’s and Gold M& M’s in personalized bags. So if the guests attended the school or was a fan of UCLA, they would take the blue M & M’s. It was classic! As the guests entered the cocktail hour, we had Madeline’s beach cruiser set up by the gift table. The basket had a wood sign saying “Gifts” as flowers billowed out. The back had a just married sign and tin cans lined with rope that went all the way to the grass. So cute! Check out the great photos from Julie Wilson Photography, she is so talented. We had the pleasure to work with one of our favorite DJ companies; Kramer Entertainment. Melissa Kramer rocked the house and set the perfect vibe for the night. www.kramerweddings.com. One of the best catering companies in San Luis County, Trumpet Vine provided the most delicious evening filled with different flavors in every bite.
