Organic wood? The making of the boxes…

YEAH!!!  I am so excited about the finishing product!  Thanks to my friends; Aaron Gomez and Jory Brigham.   Check out their site; www.jorybrigham.com They are amazing designers!  Just to hear them explain the different types of wood and the feel that each one gives off, blew my mind.  Aaron explains; “We are two designers/builders who like to focus on the aesthetics of our pieces. Creating unique furniture that is a functioning piece of art, not just something for storage. Our natural resources are precious. Thus I strongly believe in using it all to its fullest potential. All wood has very interesting qualities. It is our job as designers and builders to showcase that beauty in the best way possible.”

I believe these boxes can be used in many different ways at a wedding.  Mainly to display; place cards, menu’s, favors, etc.  Each box will be filled with a different design depending on the style/color of the wedding.  Stay tuned for pictures from a wedding in March!  Thanks Aaron & Jory!!

“In Good Taste”, one of my new favorite catering company’s on the Central Coast!  Elaine & Gretchen are so easy and fun to work with.  There food presentation is set to perfection!  Not to mention that there staff is always on top of the service.  Elaine is so funny, she is almost as crazy as my assistant and I……  Load, hyper and makes the job fun!  We love you guys, can’t wait to work with you again!!

When we took this picture a couple of weeks ago, Elaine was so excited cause she said she was going to be famous.  So, here you go Elaine……….this is your 15mins of fame!!!
